Ryan Spear is Vice President Supply Chain at Surefit Inc., a century old manufacturer of furniture coverings, where he oversees S&OP, purchasing, planning, inventory management, customer service and warehouse operations. In his 20 year career, he has worked as Production Planner, Forecast Analyst, and Director of Planning and Inventory. Ryan holds a degree in Operations Management from Penn State University and Micro Masters Certification in Supply Chain Management from MIT.
