Richard is Senior Fellow at the Supply Chain Centre Of Excellence at Tata Consultancy Services where he focuses on strategic research for supply chain innovation and technologies. Richard's career highlights include 14 years as CEO for Gold & Dumas Research, an Austin, Texas based consultancy assisting clients in marketing, public relations, business planning, and supply chain technology consulting. In recent years he has held a variety of non-executive and advisory board positions for Lead Time Technology, AIPICs Texas Chapter, Starboard Corporation and Retailigence Corporation. Other highlights include a stint as Global Director of Supply Chain Strategy at Microsoft. He is the author of 'Supply Chain Transformation: Practical Roadmap to Best Practice Results'.
