Ugo is Head of Planning for Demand, Supply, Production and Finished Goods at Suntory Beverage and Food in Nigeria. Experienced in S&OP process design and implementation, she leverages the S&OP process to ensure the overall business strategy is effectively planned, implemented and tracked to deliver desired results. Prior to her current role, she worked as S&OP Manager for Suntory, a role in which she successfully designed and implemented S&OP processes in different business units across three continents. Ugo’s Supply Chain journey started at GlaxoSmithKline Consumer in Nigeria, and, over 5 years, improved average forecast accuracy from low 60s to high 70s, drove savings of $500,000 in retracted orders, implemented new planning and forecasting systems, and set up S&OP in regional business units. Ugo holds an MBA from IE Business School, Madrid, Spain, and a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a master’s in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Nigeria Nsukka.
