Richard Gordon

Mr. Gordon is an eminent figure in forecasting, known for building teams that interpret data to make informed, value-added decisions. His extensive forecasting career began at AIWA Consumer Electronics and has included well known consumer companies such as Duracell, The Stanley Works, L&N (Scunci hair accessories), L’Oréal and Kraft. Richard recently completed an 11-year stint at IRI as on-site Strategic Analyst for ConAgra Brands (Hunts, Reddi Wip, Slim Jim, Orville Redenbacher’s). He holds an MBA in Quantitative Analysis from St. John’s University and a BS in Marketing from SUNY Old Westbury. An early member of IBF, he has long contributed his vast knowledge of forecasting at IBF conferences. He is also a regular writer for the Journal of Business Forecasting.
