Over the past 20 years, David Reed has led the International Sales and Operations for Amarr Garage Doors. In that role, he has established foreign subsidiaries and distributors in more than 40 countries and assisted Amarr to become of the fastest growing garage door manufacturers in the world. In addition to his international duties, David has also played a fundamental role in various sales, marketing & supply chain activities. In December 2012, David joined Amarr's newly formed S&OP team. As Director of Demand Planning, David's responsibilities include the development of the Demand Team processes, creation, implementation and management of Amarr's demand plan dashboard. The dashboard contains statistical analytics & metrics that assist the demand team in generating demand forecast projections based on business intelligence.
